First of all make sure to visit the hair fair !! The hair I am wearing is available at the fair, it is from CURIO, but I don't remember what sim it was (there are 4, type hair fair in search and you will see...) and I can't remember if it was a freebie or a dollarbie... Beside of the curio hair, you will find lots of other designers, great designer, like laqroki, analog dog, dernier cri, magika... and most of the designer have a gift for you! so check it out!!
